Snowmass Village Town Councilman Allegeldy Causes $14,000 In Damage

PITKIN COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - A Snowmass Village town councilman has been charged with a felony after originally being arrested for drunk driving.

Officers brought Chris Jacobson to the Pitkin County Jail when it happened two weeks ago. Then he allegedly got out of control inside the cell, causing more than $14,000 in damage.

In addition to the DUI, Jacobson now faces a felony criminal mischief charge.
