Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Woman He Met On Dating App
DENVER (CBS4) - A man accused of sexually assaulting a woman he met on a dating phone app has been formally charged.
According to Lynn Kimbrough with the district attorney's office, Darren Auger, 27, has been charged with felony sexual assault.
"The charge alleges that on June 9 the victim met Auger in person for a dinner date and later was sexually assaulted," Kimbrough said in a statement.
Auger remains in custody on a $50,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday to be formally advised of the charge.
