Woman Falls 50 Feet Off Cliff, Survives After Landing On Ledge

LARIMER COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)- A woman fell 50 off a cliff in Larimer County and survived. She landed on a ledge but could have tumbled another 400 feet into the Cache la Poudre River.

The 21-year-old woman was part of a nature conservancy project and was marking plants in the area near Andrews Park when she fell on Monday.

The Larimer County Sheriff's Office helped with the rescue.

The woman suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries.
