Police Identify Victim In Fatal Shooting That Allegedly Stemmed From Feud
LOVELAND, Colo. (CBS4) - A 75-year-old man who was shot and killed in Loveland over the weekend died from a gunshot wound to the chest.
That's according to the Larimer County Coroner Office, which identified the victim on Monday as Gerald Donovan of Loveland.
Police arrested Eric David Gray, 36, in the case. They say Gray and Donovan had been involved in a land dispute for a long time.
Police said Gray was shot outside a home on the 5600 block of Thomas Court on Saturday at 5:15 p.m.
