Arrest Warrant Issued For Victim's Husband In Murder Investigation
THORNTON, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Thornton issued an arrest warrant on Thursday for a man in connection with the death of his wife a day earlier.
Thornton police said relatives found the woman's body at a home in the 7500 block of East 121st Place about 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Police were initially searching for the woman's husband, Stefan Stoian, as a person of interest in the case. On Thursday afternoon, police issued an arrest warrant for Stoian, 47, for investigation of first-degree murder and domestic violence.
Stoian is believed to be driving a maroon 2005 Toyota Corolla with Colorado license plate 648-RFD.
He is believed to be armed and dangerous. Anyone with any information about Stoian's whereabouts is asked to call the Thornton Police Department 720-977-5150 or any law enforcement agency.
