7 Tweets Show Fans' Frustrations With Tulo Trade Situation

DENVER (CBS4) - Trade talk about Troy Tulowitzki has been a frequent topic of conversation for Rockies fans for more than a year now, but in the past week it was impossible to ignore all the rumors going back and forth.

Late last week Rockies General Manager Jeff Bridich put his foot down and said the team has no intention of trading Tulo.

The CBS4 Sports team posed a question on Twitter on Sunday about the trade drama and got the following seven interesting tweets in reply:

Doug is probably referring to the point during last season -- before injuries took their toll -- when Tulowitzki was batting .349 and had 18 home runs and 47 RBIs.

This person's tweet convey some sadness about where things stand with the Rockies and Tulo. (Their Twitter handle is even appropriately SadOne.) When they refer to Pomeranz and White they are of course referring to the trade of Ubaldo Jimenez for Alex White and Drew Pomeranz, which didn't work out so well for the Rockies.

In this tweet Peter states that the blame for the latest round of media coverage of a possible trade falls squarely on Tulowitzki's shoulders.
