Santa Claus Makes Early Appearance To Help Preschools
LITTLETON, Colo. (CBS4)- Santa Claus visited Colorado a little early this year to help raise money for preschoolers.
Several hundreds people participated in the "Christmas In May 5K" around Littleton's Ketring Park on Saturday morning.
Santa and CBS4 Anchor Tom Mustin hit the trail for a run along the lake for the fundraiser. All proceeds benefit the Great Escape Preschool and Littleton United Methodist Church.
The race also collected new and used children's books to donate to the Colorado Preschool Program that provides access to preschool education for qualifying families.
