Police Investigate Deadly Shooting Near Funeral
DENVER (CBS4)- Police in Denver investigated a deadly shooting that happened near a funeral. The gunman has not been caught.
The shooting happened in the 3200 block of Gilpin Street in the Cole neighborhood.
A funeral for a homicide victim was taking place nearby when the shooting happened. That homicide remains unsolved.
Police said when officers arrived to investigate some people became unruly and officers took action.

"They did deploy what's basically a pepper spray type of substance or less lethal option but they got things under control and hopefully we've moved past that," said Denver Police spokesman Sonny Jackson.
Police have not released a suspect description of the gunman wanted in the shooting.
There has been a spike of violent crime in the Cole neighborhood.
