Rabid Skunks Prompt Warning From Health Officials

DENVER (CBS4) - Health officials are warning pet owners about rabid skunks.

Six rabid skunks have turned up in Arapahoe, Adams and Elbert counties, with three just in the past week.

Weld county has already had five infected skunks.

Veterinarians say it's a good reminder to make sure pets' vaccinations are up to date.
