Denver Police Release Sketch Of Suspect In Assault On Woman

DENVER (CBS4) - Police in Denver would like the public's help identifying a suspect in an assault on a woman.

According to police, on April 6 at approximately 5:20 p.m. a woman was in the parking lot of her apartment complex located in the 8000 block of East 11th Avenue when she was grabbed from behind.

The victim told police the suspect was a black male between 15 and 22 years old, 5-foot-5 with a thin build. He had short shaved hair and was wearing a red t-shirt, black hooded sweatshirt, black basketball shorts with white trim, black and white Nike basketball high tops and knee-high neon green socks.

"The female victim fought the suspect who fled on foot," police said in a statement.
