Boulder Police Want Help Identifying Business Burglar

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) - Police in Boulder would like the public's help identifying a suspect in two similar burglaries of adjacent businesses.

According to police, a manager at PMG Wines located at 2018 13th Street on Monday night "discovered two locked deposit bags containing cash were missing."

Police said it appeared the burglar had used force to enter the room where the deposit bags were stored.

A similar forced entry was made at Press Play located at 1005 Pearl Street, although nothing seemed to be missing.

The suspect was caught on surveillance video and is described as a white or Latino man, approximately 5-foot-7 with a thin to medium build. He has short dark hair and is clean shaven.

Police are asking anyone who may have heard or seen anything in the area on the date and time above to please contact Detective Sharon Ramos at 303-441-3323. Tips can also be submitted through the Crime Stoppers website at www.crimeshurt.com. Those submitting tips through Crime Stoppers that lead to the arrest and filing of charges on a suspect(s) may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000 from Crime Stoppers.
