The girl's name has not been released.

The crash took place moments after an argument at Case's home between he and his brother, the girl's father.

Case's brother Charles told police he and his daughter had just gotten home and were walking up to the door when the truck sped through a close by intersection and smashed into the girl and then his house.

Alcohol may have played a role in the crime, according to police.
