Denver Police Officer Arrested For Suspicion Of DUI
DENVER (CBS4) - CBS4 has learned the Denver Police Department arrested one of its own officers Monday night on suspicion of DUI.
Sources say Officer Jean Keita was off duty when he was involved in an accident in the Green Valley Ranch section of Denver.
Denver Police Cmdr. Matt Murray confirmed the CBS4 report saying that Keita -- who has been with the department since 2005 -- has been placed in a "non-line assignment" pending the outcome of the criminal case.
CBS4 was unable to reach Keita for comment.
