Mothers Protest '50 Shades Of Grey' Saying It's Really Just Porn

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) - A group of mothers protesting the "50 Shades of Grey" movie in Colorado Springs on Saturday peacefully dispersed after police asked them to leave.

The mothers protested the movie outside of the Cinemark Theater off Powers Boulevard saying it glamorizes pornography and violence.

"We're really concerned that because of its R rating, that teenagers who are just coming into their sexuality are going to see this. It really portrays a violent sexuality," a protester said.

The group believes the movie is really porn masqueraded as a romantic movie. Organizers asked the community to donate to TESSA, a battered women's shelter, instead of paying to see the movie.
