Theft Suspect Allegedly Sprayed Primer In Victim's Face
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) - Police in Colorado Springs have arrested a woman accused of robbing seven women since December. Two of those crimes happened in Denver.
Investigators say Cathy Ann Begano, 58, targeted elderly women getting into and out of their cars.
In one case, police say she sprayed paint primer into the face of her victim.
Begano faces robbery and attempted robbery charges.
