Englewood Fire Department's Future To Be Discussed At City Council
ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) - The city of Englewood Monday evening will decide if will keep its fire department or close it.
The city manager says the department needs more than $27 million to get the equipment it needs and to fix the infrastructure.

The city manager says that bill could mean a tax hike.
If the department is closed, Englewood could pay Denver Fire to cover calls in its city. That would cost about $6 million.
