Mayor Hancock Officially Kicks Off Re-Election Campaign
DENVER (CBS4) - Denver Mayor Michael Hancock has kicked off his re-election campaign.
The mayor says he is focused on improving Denver and looks forward to working with those who can keep the city moving in the right direction.
"The people of Denver have given us this honor and this trust, and I can assure you, people of Denver, that the folks who work every day on your behalf show up every day and give it everything they have, and I thank you very much," Hancock said.
The election is May 5. A deadline for other possible candidates to enter is March 11.
