YouReporter Catches Fish, Eagle Steals It
STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) - It's hard enough to capture wildlife on camera when they're holding still. For some reason the camera takes too long to turn on, the picture is fuzzy, or the animal is just too far away.
Well, YouReporter Cord Beaty managed to catch a bald eagle on camera, displaying one of its most beautiful predatory feats.
Beaty was ice fishing at Steamboat Lake on Sunday when he pulled his catch to the surface, letting it flop on the ice. Out of nowhere, a bald eagle swooped in, projected its talons, and snatched the fish!
He somehow managed to capture this magnificent video.
