Rocky Mountain National Park Saw Record Amount Of Visitors In 2014

ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK, Colo. (CBS4) - It was a record year for Rocky Mountain National Park in 2014 as almost 3.5 million people visited the park.

It was the most visitors since 2000.

Park rangers say part of the reason for the rise in attendance is they're seeing more people visit on fall weekends.

The park began its centennial celebration in September.
