Only Minor Injuries After SUV Slams Into Highlands Restaurant

DENVER (CBS4) - Damage is extensive outside a restaurant in Denver's Highlands neighborhood after an SUV drove right into a building Tuesday afternoon.

Copter4 hovered over the scene 44th Avenue and Tejon Street. The SUV crashed through some Christmas decorations and into the Pochitos Tortilla Factory.

Paramedics took one employee to the hospital with minor injuries. The driver wasn't injured.

It's not clear what caused the crash or if any charges will be filed.
