Woman Convicted Of Road Rage Sentenced To 30 Days In Jail
DENVER (CBS4)- A woman convicted in a road rage incident will begin a 30-day jail sentence on Friday.
Andrea Marquez pleaded guilty to criminal mischief after she was caught on camera attacking another driver on Interstate 70.
The incident happened in May 2014.
The other driver told police she tapped her brakes during rush hour and that prompted Marquez to hit her car with a metal object.
The judge told Marquez her behavior was not acceptable in a civilized society and sentenced her to 30 days in jail.
