On Nov. 13 the couple's 3-year-old daughter was diagnosed at a hospital with marijuana ingestion.
According to court documents, Hollerway said her daughter, "was laying on the couch and not acting normal."
She was rushed to Rose Medical Center where she "threw up at the hospital" and "tested positive for marijuana."
Further investigation by police revealed an illegal amount of marijuana and suspected crack cocaine in the family home.
Lombard told police she "makes her own edibles" but said "weed is not even accessible to her."
