Donation Allows Aspen Homeless Shelter To Open Early
ASPEN, Colo. (CBS4) – A homeless shelter in Aspen was able to open early because of a charitable donation.
The Aspen Homeless Shelter was originally scheduled to open on Dec. 1 but a tight budget was keeping it from opening early, despite the cold weather.
The shelter was able to open over the weekend with the help of funds provided by the Aspen Community Foundation.
