Police Arrest 'Tony The Tagger'

DENVER (CBS4)- Police in Denver arrested a graffiti suspect who seemed to be celebrating Halloween a little early this year.

Police were called to the 1100 block of N. Clarkson Street on Friday on reports of a man in a "Tony the Tiger" costume who was spray painting a home.

Before that the costumed suspect was seen spray painting the pillars in front of the victim's home and the sidewalk.

When officers arrived they found the suspect, still in costume, spray painting a city dumpster. Officers noticed he was wearing a "Tigger" costume.

The suspect, Timothy Heckler, 29, was arrested. Officers also recovered several cans of spray paint on the suspect who they dubbed "Tony the Tagger."
