Springs Pot Company Must Destroy Edibles That Resemble Hershey's Candy

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) - A company that manufactures and sells marijuana-infused edibles in Colorado Springs must recall and destroy its product line that too closely resembles candy made by chocolate giant Hershey's.

The company, Tincture Belle, reached a settlement after The Hershey Co. sued in June over products like Ganja Joy, Hashees and Hasheath because it said the packaging and names imitated Almond Joy, Reese's and Heath candy.

The settlement was reached in September, according to the Associated Press.
