CBI Investigating Officer-Involved Shooting In Rocky Ford

ROCKY FORD, Colo. (CBS4) - Investigators on Sunday were at the scene of an officer-involved shooting in Rocky Ford.

The shooting happened at 2:30 a.m. Sunday in the area of Swink Avenue and 3rd Street.

Authorities are not confirming any other information, but family members told CBS4 a man was shot in the back and has died.

The Rocky Ford police officer involved in the shooting was placed on administrative leave.
