ARVADA, Colo. (CBS4) - A man accused in a deadly head-on collision now knows the charges he faces.
A judge told David Kenneth Bunn, 54, he's charged with two counts of vehicular homicide, vehicular assault and DUI.
Investigators say Bunn's blood alcohol content was more than three times the legal limit when crossed into the lanes on Wadsworth Boulevard and smashed into a car. The wreck killed 17-year-old Lyneah Dike and seriously injured the 18-year-old driver, Lyndsey Petrie.
