Richard Conley, who joined the Army at 17 in 1965, has been battling a series of medical issues, including cancer and liver disease.
The car, Conley said, will give him more pain-free time. "I do suffer a lot when I walk to and from the bus stop. (The car) gives you a lot of independence."
Caliber Collision plans on giving more than 20 vehicles this year to military members and first responders.
