2 Boys Who Went Missing While Hunting Found Safe

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP/CBS4) - Authorities in Larimer County say two boys who were missing in the rugged Comanche Peak Wilderness north of Rocky Mountain National Park have been found safe.

Officials say the boys, ages 11 and 12, were hunting small game with a group from the area.

The boys were armed with .22-caliber rifles and have backpacks with survival gear, water and food. Authorities were contacted Sunday morning.

Authorities say an aircraft was used to help search for the boys. The boys were found by family after being lost overnight, according to the sheriff's department.
