DENVER (CBS4)– Three downtown Denver light rail stations will shut down for one month each over the course of three months. During the closures they will undergo repairs.
The station on the 16th Street Mall at Stout Street is closed until Oct. 7. Crews will be replacing loading ramps. Passengers are urged to use 18th and Stout or the Theatre District/Convention Center stations.
The station at 16th and California Street will close Oct. 8 until Nov. 7 followed by the station on 18th and Stout Nov. 6 until Dec. 8.
RTD staggered the closures so they didn’t all happen at once.
