Erie Luring Investigation Is Ruled Mistaken Identity
ERIE, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Erie said what began as a possible child luring case has been declared a case of mistaken identity.
Two cases involving a man in a Subaru Outback were reported Wednesday near Red Hawk Elementary School in Erie.
In one case a student reported the man staring at her. In the second case a mother saw the man pull over and talk to her daughter.
Police talked to the driver of the Subaru and said the investigation has been closed.
