Law Enforcement Steps Up DUI Patrols Through Labor Day Weekend
DENVER (CBS4) - Agencies statewide are adding extra patrols through Labor Day weekend looking for drunk drivers.
The Colorado Department of Transportation says much of the focus will be along construction zones to keep workers safe.
Friday night CDOT provided free overnight parking at a lot in downtown Denver. The program also will run the next two Fridays. Thirty spots will be available at the "Last Call Lot" at Larimer and 21st streets.
