Officials in Jefferson County haven’t released the man’s name, but they said he was in a 2007 Pontiac Coupe.

So far it’s not clear how the car wound up in Johnson Reservoir, but a witness said they first saw the vehicle driving down a bike path and that it then ended up upside down in the water.
