FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) – Students preparing to head back to school got a boost from volunteers at Colorado State University on Wednesday.

Volunteers with the ‘School is Cool” program stuffed backpacks with school supplies for students in the Poudre School District.

The annual event is expected to help about 2,500 students in need, and they go out to students in all grades.
