Northern Colorado Police Agencies Take Part In Conduct Active Training Exercise
WELLINGTON, Colo. (CBS4) - The Larimer County Sheriff's office is hosting an active shooter training exercise in Northern Colorado.
The exercise is happening at Rice Elementary School in Wellington. It started at 8 a.m.
The Colorado State Patrol and Colorado State University Police are among the agencies involved.
Officials are practicing what to do in the case of an active shooter at places like a school or public venue.
