Greeley Man Accused Of Assaulting Girls, Woman At Pool

GREELEY, Colo. (CBS4)- A Greeley man is facing charges after two girls and a woman claim he assaulted them at the Family Funplex Pool.

All three victims told police that Alvin Miller grabbed or rubbed them in and out of the pool on Sunday afternoon.

The girls also said Miller, 37, smiled at them after he touched them.

A lifeguard reported seeing Miller reach for a third girl but police haven't been able to interview her.

Miller remains free on a $15,000 bond. Police have not released Miller's picture.
