Saving Money On Back-To-School Shopping
DENVER (CBS4) Some Colorado school districts will start up again at the beginning of August. That means that parents are working on filling those long school supply lists, which can add up to as much as a $100 per child.
Retail shopping blogger, Kyle James, is a father of three and recently did an post of his favorite money saving tips for back-to-school time.

On his website, Rather-Be-Shopping.com, James suggests that shoppers never buy everything they need from one store.
"You might get a few things on sale, but you'll end up paying full price for a lot of stuff and paying more than you should. So I've always recommended that you start watching the ads and the sales flyers right now and you're going to find some really good deals," James told CBS4.
James also says not to neglect the office supply stores, they can offering really good deals on some basic supplies. For example, this week Office Depot has bottles of glue and packs of erasers for 25 cents.
"If you don't want to drive all over town, you can actually take the Office Depot ad, either you get one in the newspaper.. if you don't get a newspaper, you can find it on line and print it out, actually take it into Walmart and they'll price match those deals," James explained.
Other major retailers offer price matching as well, and James has that information on his website too.

Last year, Target upped their coupon offerings and they're doing that again this year. There are printable coupons on the Target website. Also, James has gathered some great printable coupons on the Back-To-School Coupons section of his website.
