Mother, Daughter Rescued After Getting Stuck On North Maroon Peak

ASPEN, Colo. (CBS4) – A rescue operation went late into the night on one of Colorado’s most dangerous 14ers.

Members of Mountain Rescue Aspen were called to North Maroon Peak Monday evening after a mother and daughter from Missouri got stuck while climbing.

Alexandra Kellogg, 21, and her mother were caught stuck on the mountain while trying to climb down for help. Both were safely rescued.
