RTD Encourages Use Of Public Transportation On 'Dump The Pump' Day

DENVER (CBS4) - Officials with RTD are encouraging to people to use public transportation on this national Dump the Pump Day.

They say using RTD buses and light rail is both environmentally friendly and a money saver.

The annual event started in 2006 when gas prices were $3 per gallon.
