Man With AIDS Charged After Soliciting Undercover Officer For Sex
DENVER (CBS4) – A man accused of soliciting an undercover officer for sex with the knowledge of being infected with HIV/AIDS has been formally charged.
According to Lynn Kimbrough with the district attorney's office, Joshua Harker, 24, was charged on Tuesday with prostitution and prostitution with knowledge of being infected with HIV/AIDS.
"The charges allege that on June 12 Harker solicited an undercover police officer for sex, knowing that he had HIV/AIDS," Kimbrough said in a statement.
Harker is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday for his second advisement on the charges.
