Police Say Body Found In Englewood Park Is A 57-Year-Old Woman

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) – Police have identified a body found at a popular park in Englewood over the weekend but have not released a name.

An autopsy is scheduled for Monday for a 57-year-old woman. Police say someone spotted her body in Big Dry Creek along a bike path in Belleview Park on Saturday. That’s close to Pirates Cove Water Park.

When officers got there they found the woman lying face down in the creek.

Police are calling the death suspicious.
