Police Hope Sketch Will Help Catch Man Responsible For Attempted Abduction

CASTLE ROCK, Colo. (CBS4) – Police in Castle Rock have released a sketch of the man they say tried to abduct a woman as she put her baby in a car seat.

The man reportedly snuck up on the 21-year-old woman on June 6 in front of the Pines Apartment Complex on the 6200 block of Castlegate Drive and tried to force her inside the car.

She screamed and punched the man in the face, breaking her hand in the process. The man then ran away.

Police believe the man is Hispanic, in his 20s and may have bruising on the left side of his face as a result of being hit by the victim.
