Mother Of 2 Stabbed To Death In Silverton
SILVERTON, Colo. (CBS4) - Deputies in San Juan County are investigating the murder of a 32-year-old woman.
The Durango Herald reports Jessica McFarland was found stabbed to death Saturday morning in her Silverton home. She was a mother of two children.
McFarland's husband, Michael McFarland, is in custody on second-degree murder charges.
Authorities have not said what led to the stabbing. It's the first homicide in Silverton since 1985.
