Animal Control hasn’t tested the meat but says it’s obvious it’s been laced with a rat poison.

It’s second case of meatballs laced with poison CBS4 has reported on. Last April some were also found in a park in Gunbarrel. Three dogs got sick after eating them. The people responsible have not been found.
