Man Accused Of Taking Truck On Test Drive To Commit Burglaries

PUEBLO, Colo. (CBS4) - A man in Pueblo said he was taking a truck for a test drive but police say he used it to commit a series of burglaries.

Pueblo police arrested Phillip Vallejos, 47. He's the suspect in a series of break-ins at multiple storage units in the area.

Police say while test driving the truck he went to storage units, cut off the locks and took the items inside.

Vallejos is charged with several counts of second-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools and auto theft.
