Missing Sexual Assault Suspect Captured

SUMMIT COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – Police captured a missing sexual assault suspect in Summit County on Saturday.

Michael Henry Riley is currently on trial in Boulder District Court for charges involving sexual assault on a child.

He was wanted for failure to comply with bond conditions which meant he had to check in regularly with court officials to provide his whereabouts.

Riley, 66, had not been seen or heard from since 7:30 a.m. Friday.

Saturday afternoon Boulder Police reported that Riley had been captured and was in custody.
