Drunk Driver Sentenced In Crash That Killed Son
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4)- A drunk driver will serve up to a decade in prison for a crash that killed his son.
John Hite was sentenced for a deadly accident which claimed the life of his 21-year-old son.
The crash happened at Horsetooth Reservoir near Fort Collins in December 2013.
Hite was driving drunk and lost control of his truck. His son was ejected and died.
He cried in court telling the judge he'll live the rest of his life knowing he's responsible for his son's death.
