Aurora Police Search For Teen Suspects In Shooting

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – Aurora police are searching for two suspects after a man was shot near 16th Avenue and Lansing Street Monday afternoon.

Some people were apparently fighting when one of them opened fire. One suspect took off running and was last seen on Lima Street near the crime scene.

According to the Aurora Police Department Twitter account, officers are searching for two suspects.

One suspect is described as a 14-year-old black male, about 5-foot-5 and 115 pounds. He was last seen wearing a gray and black shirt.

The second suspect is described as a 16-year-old black male, about 5-foot-9 and 130 pounds. He was last seen wearing an orange puffy coat with reflective gear.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911.

The victim’s name and condition haven’t been released.
