LONGMONT, Colo. (CBS4)– The Longmont man who was killed in a fiery crash in February after crashing his vehicle into an abandoned building suffered a seizure before impact.
Carlos Bustillos was killed after he lost control of his truck when it slammed into a warehouse, struck an electrical box and started a fire.
His 15 and 13-year-old children escaped the blaze.
The Boulder County Coroner released the autopsy results on Wednesday which showed Bustillos, 34, suffered a seizure before the crash.
The coroner said the seizure was caused by a combination of cocaine and Tramadol which is a prescription painkiller.
