Flood Debris Removal Day of Service

LOVELAND, Colo. – On Saturday, March 22, 2014, Volunteers of America RSVP Flood Recovery Program will host a community clean-up day, to assist homeowners who were affected by the September Flood.

Volunteers are invited to participate in a morning of service.  We will be assisting some of those hardest hit by the record flooding.  The efforts of this service day are a step in the recovery and rebuilding process for these homeowners.

Participants must be over the age of 14; those between 14 and 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.  Volunteers should come prepared with work or rain boots, durable clothing, hat, water bottle and a sack lunch.  Gloves, masks and protective eyewear will be provided.  Please dress warmly.

To sign up for this project, please contact Kaitie Fancher, Flood Program Coordinator at (970) 472-9630 or helpout@frii.com.  Upon confirmation of sign-up, Kaitie will inform volunteers of the meet-up location in western Loveland.
